We at the PSMLS and in the PCUSA stand with those fighting the war against Ukrainian fascism, and with this class, we seek to explain the history of Ukrainian fascism. There is a history that goes back nearly a century of Ukrainian nationalism and collaboration with Nazis, the worst of American imperialists and more that matters and should be understood by everybody before they evaluate the current war. We’re going to do our best to sum up that history and explain the rise of the current Ukrainian fascist state we see today.
If you’re new to PSMLS, the school provides free public collective education every week on Tuesdays and Thursdays on a variety of topics from a Marxist-Leninist perspective. You don’t have to be a member of anything or identify as any certain ideology to attend. The PSMLS is a Party of Communists USA initiated and sponsored school, but it is not a party school, which is great because it allows for a wide variety of different perspectives and opinions to be brought forth which don’t necessarily reflect the party line.
