As we prepare for the 247th Independence Day of the United States of America this July 4th, now is the perfect time to learn about the history of the American Revolution. This will be the 1st class of a 2 part educational on the American Revolution and why we as American Marxist-Leninists defend it as a progressive event in human history and one that is still meaningful to us today. We will polemicize against the ultra-left assertions that it was counter-revolutionary, reactionary or entire indefensible. This will be a very relevant class and we invite everyone to attend!
If you’re new to PSMLS, the school provides free public collective education every week on Tuesdays and Thursdays on a variety of topics from a Marxist-Leninist perspective. You don’t have to be a member of anything or identify as any certain ideology to attend. The PSMLS is a Party of Communists USA initiated and sponsored school, but it is not a party school, which is great because it allows for a wide variety of different perspectives and opinions to be brought forth which don’t necessarily reflect the party line.
